Docket $ ^{\circ} $ offers a variety of options to securely authorize access to your verifiable immunization records, including machine-readable QR codes and sharing links.
Note: Docket $ ^{\circ} $ SMART $ ^{\circ} $ Health Cards and Links are available in select jurisdictions. Each QR code and sharing link is vended by Docket $ ^{\circ} $ and electronically signed by the corresponding health department. For more information, visit smarthealthit.org.
SMART Health Cards
Share a machine-readable copy of your COVID-19 vaccination records using SMART $ ^{ \textcircled{1}} $ Health Cards. Docket $ ^{ \textcircled{2}} $ SMART $ ^{ \textcircled{3}} $ Health Cards integrate with Apple Wallet. Optionally, Google Pay integration is also available. COVID-19 data is encoded directly in the image of each QR code.
Docket $ ^{\circ} $ SMART Health Links enable you to authorize access to your full immunization record using passcode-protected sharing links with configurable expiration dates and audit logging. SMART $ ^{\circ} $ Health Links automatically update alongside your Docket $ ^{\circ} $ account, so don't have to share new URLs with each new vaccine.
